Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 24 working hours (excludes weekends & UK bank holidays).

Weekend orders are prepared and sent on the next working day (usually Monday).

Where We Ship & Address Accuracy

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address entered at checkout.

Please double-check your details—you’re responsible for providing the correct address. We can’t be liable for items shipped to an incorrect address.

Spotted a mistake? Email us ASAP at support@top-nutrition.co.uk. We’ll do our best to amend it before your order leaves our warehouse (once dispatched, changes aren’t possible).

Services & Estimated Timeframes (UK)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 for one-time purchases and the first shipment of subscriptions.

Subsequent subscription deliveries: Royal Mail 48-hour service.

DPD Next Business Day available for £6.95.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Typical arrival times: Royal Mail 2–3 working days, DPD 1–2 working days. External factors (carrier workload, weather, holidays, peak seasons) can occasionally extend these windows.
Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch before chasing a delivery.

Damaged Products
We package carefully, but if something arrives damaged we’ll replace it free of charge.
Email support@top-nutrition.co.uk with your order number (photos help us speed things up) and we’ll take care of it right away.
